I just did this yesterday and at the time of this posting, I was not up and running yet, you have to be approved first. Tip: I didn't see it stated anywhere, but your video can only be 1 minute long.

Also, this was my first video ever. I used MS Live Movie Maker, it was pretty cool. Hey, I can do that on fiverr too! w00T
